Telemedicine
The Programme succeeded to establish a web based network providing health professionals with an efficient tool for communication enabling them to exchange and share experience; and to obtain second opinion advice for their clinical cases from national and international colleagues. The accumulated information and knowledge generated on the platform serves as a resource for the continuous medical education of all health professionals participating in the network.
More then 15 pilot facilities from rayon and oblast levels are currently involved into the network with Ukrainian high level institutions and international experts. There are more then 450 users currently registered on the platform, who so far submitted and discussed more then 770 clinical cases from their clinical practice.
