Oblast and Rayon Partners
The Programme intensively collaborates with oblast and rayon health authorities and hospital managers. They are actively involved in different Programme activities, such as the elaboration of policy documents and the staging of workshops and conferences. In focus are a common learning experience and the transfer of expertise gained into practical application. The Programme has signed the Memorandum of collaboration with the authorities of all pilot oblasts and rayons.
