In the framework of MCH Programme, it has been published a manual “Electronic Training Manuals for Reflection of Medical Procedural Knowledge: principles, stages of elaboration, and methodology”.
The manual has been elaborated due to active collaboration with NMAPE. It is an additional output of working group that has developed e-module “Normal delivery” in the previous Programme phase. The authors of manual are leading specialists of NMAPE: Prof Voronenko, Prof Mintser, and Dr Krasnov.
Total number of printed copies of manual is 450. The manual will be distributed for free among Programme partners and medical high schools.

Informational brochure for pregnant
In the frame of Programme activity, informational brochure for pregnant women “My Pregnancy Diary” has been elaborated and published. Content of the brochure was developed by group of Programme experts, revised and recommended for publishing by MoH of Ukraine. Edition of the brochure will be distributed among out-patient women consultations of pilot CRH.
“Models of Perinatal Health Improvement in Ukraine”
In December 2009 the book “Models of Perinatal Health Improvement in Ukraine” was published. Thus publication presents the summing up of experience of MCH Programme implementation in 2005-2007. The results of Programme activity are reflected in the description of four models. Each model explains specific aspects of perinatal care and offers innovative approaches to its improvement. All four models are logically interconnected.
Analysis and measures of problem-solving are based on modern international principles of health care – and perinatal care in particular – management. Recommendations are oriented on practical application; therefore they count on specific of national health care system of Ukraine.
The publication could be useful for health care managers of all levels, specialists of social, youth and family services, representatives of international projects, and students of public health and health care management.
