Management
Under this integrated component the Programme aims to support the management system of MCH care. The strategy is to improve management at the region and facility levels by introducing modern tools of health care management. Practically, approaches to problem analysis, decision making, planning and monitoring are introduced during trainings and seminars. With the methodological support of the Programme experts, Ukrainian health care managers implement into their every day work different managerial tools. For example, operational research and SWOT-analysis are used for problem analysis; introduction of local protocols is an example of quality management.

Monography on quality management
Modern methodology of quality improvement in health institutions is described in this monography.
