HINARI: The Access to Research Initiative (HINARI) provides free or very low cost online access to the major journals in biomedical and related social sciences to local, not-for-profit institutions in developing countries. (http://www.who.int/hinari/en/)

DOAJ: The aim of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)  is to increase the visibility and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals thereby promoting their increased usage and impact. The Directory aims to be comprehensive and cover all open access scientific and scholarly journals that use a quality control system to guarantee the content. (http://www.doaj.org/doaj)
