Managerial workshop
On 9-11 of February 2010 managerial workshop took place in Kiev. Workshop has been devoted to the issues of Health Technology management.
The some of the topics presented at workshop were the following:
- Health technology management: situational analysis;
- Health technology management: policy and structure;
- Planning and budgeting of equipment procurement;
- Experience of HTM in private Ukrainian clinic;
- Inventory of medical equipment as tool for managerial decision-making;
- Software for inventory.

The workshop format included combination of presentation, individual and group work, individual speeches of participants, etc.

Head doctors of partner rayon and oblast hospitals were participants of the workshop. Two Swiss experts (SCIH, Swiss TPH), Reinhold Werlein and Claudio Zaugg, were moderators and chief speakers of the workshop. Also, two Ukrainian specialists from private clinic made a presentation about the experience of HTM.
