Achievements
Grown out of 12-year collaboration, the Programme has a number of achievements recognized by both Ukrainian and Swiss partners. The beneficial effects are confirmed by positive feedback from different participants of the Programme: doctors from rayon hospitals, health managers from oblast level, representatives of medical faculties, and officials from MoH. A special feature of the Programme is the large scale involvement of Ukrainian individuals, groups and organisations. Professionals from all levels actively contribute in the process of goals attainment.
The various outcomes and positive effects of collaboration are to be further established. The aim is to set a positive example for the modernisation of Ukrainian health services and to stimulate changes in regions that have not taken part in the Programme. Important vehicles of carrying the experience gained are the “service package”, training modules and the various ICT applications.
